La Poitrine de Pintade Farcie aux Cêpes et aux Foies de Volailles was our main dish at Le Garden, in the center of Orange. This was a small Guinea-hen, stuffed with a mixture of chicken/turkey liver (foies de volailles) and a particularly delicious mushroom (cêpes). The decorative vegetables surrounding the center were either delicious or ignored, according to preference; chickory (endives) isn't our favorite.
