Le Velouté de Potimarron

Velouté de Potimarron is a soup made from potimarron, a variety of pumpkin with a
light chestnut flavor. We had this at Le Garden, in the center of Orange.
The full 135 meal, "Le Menu du Jardinier", included:
- Le Velouté de Potimarron, a chestnut-flavor-pumpkin soup
- La Mitonnée aux Cinq Légumes
- La Faisselle de Pays à la Crème Fraïche, a soft white-cheese.
- Entremets à la Poire
