Entremets à la Poire was a refreshing dessert at Le Garden, in the center of
Orange. The title item is a layered pastry with a pear-sauce
filling.
The full meal, "Le Menu du Jardinier", included:
- Le Velouté de Potimarron, a chestnut-flavor-pumpkin soup
- La Mitonnée aux Cinq Légumes
- La Faisselle de Pays à la Crème Fraïche, a soft white-cheese.
