La Faisselle de Pays à la Crème Fraïche was our selected cheese dish at
Le Garden, in the center of Orange. It's a soft
white-cheese (fromage blanc) served in a bed of fresh cream (crème fraîche);
simple and good.
The full meal, "Le Menu du Jardinier", included:
- Le Velouté de Potimarron, a chestnut-flavor-pumpkin soup
- La Mitonnée aux Cinq Légumes
- La Faisselle de Pays à la Crème Fraïche, a soft white-cheese.
- Entremets à la Poire
