Sky-blue to purplish flowers on slender, branched stems. The flowers are open only with the sunshine.
Flowers. May-July
Flower. 5 petals, 35 mm diameter, with dark veins and pointed ends.
Leaves. Narrow, pointed leaves are very dense along the stems.
Habitat. Grassy and rocky ground; Those in our photos were found along forestry roads in the hills above Grasse.
