Molières-sur-Albert is a very tiny hamlet, sitting in a remote mountainous location in the forest southeast of Carcassonne.
The hamlet of Molières-sur-Albert is attached to the commune of Ladern-sur-Lauquet, an only somewhat larger village located 8 km to the west.
No café, no commerce.
Molières-sur-Albert hamlet is truly tiny, with three or possibly four families living there. It's pretty, though, a collection of stone walls and stone houses, and slate-tiled roofs.
The hamlet's centerpiece is the tiny but ancient church, which is well cared for and open for visiting.
