La Poelée de St-Jacques

La Poelée de St-Jacques sur Fondue de Poireax was our main dish at La Grignotière, in Pierrefeu-du-Var. This is another classical dish. Not excitingly new, but the sauce was quite good, with leeks (poireax) and other herbs. 85 F.
This was part of two-person lunch, including:
