Self-Heal

Forest Col de Turini, altitude 1600 m, end July 2004.
Grows very low, in large patches, sometimes covering the ground. Forestry roads (beside and right on the roads). Alway in shade.
Tall 18 cm, but many shorter. Leaves 45 mm long, plus stems. Flower-head 30 mm tall.
