Ferry service is offered for people, pets. No visitors' automobiles are allowed.
Bicycles are allowed on the ferry to Porquerolles; there is apparently no cycling on Port Cros island.
Keep your ticket stub: you'll need it for the return trip.
Get there early so you can get good seats. Up front can be windy (depending on the weather); outside gives the best view, but be prepared for the sun.

La Tour Fondue - Isles d'Hyères
The Compagnies TLV - TVM has year-round direct ferry service to all three islands: Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Levant, as well as an underwater-viewing cruise.

Vedettes Ile d'Or et Le Corsaire
This company has boat tours to the three islands, Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Le Levant as well as along the coast between the towns of Le Lavandou, Cavalaire, La Crox-Valmer and Saint Tropez. Schedules (horaires) and prices (tarifs) are available directly from their website.
Location:
Harbour Station; at the Port, far western part near the beach, beside the Gare Maritime across from the Office de Tourisme.
Entry: Prices are given on the Vedettes Ile d'Or website; it's 25 euros (2010) from Le lavandou to Port-Cros or Le Levant.
