We had this dish at Le Garden, in the center of Orange. Its full title on the menu was "Mitonnée aux
Cinq Légumes aux Saveurs de la Provence et la Poëlée de Champignons à
l'oeuf cassé", which very roughly translates into: a carefully prepared dish of five
vegetables with Provencal flavors and fried mushrooms and a broken egg.
Presented as a work of art, tasting delicious and being vegetarian, this was a fine mid-day meal.
