Jasminum fruticans Fr: Jasmin
The wild jasmine is, unfortunately, not scented. It grows as a thin evergreen shrub with 4-angled stems.
Flower. The yellow flowers are 12-15 mm across, with the petals shaped into a shallow cup.
Leaves. Oval to rounded lance-shaped leaves are alternate, and usually trifoliate with a longer end leaf.
Habitat. Woodlands, riverbanks and scrub.
